These are neurological diagnostic tools used for judging the reflex action
of a patient. The tool has a blunt heavy head and a sturdy handle. Some may
have a pointed end as well. The head may be stainless steel or chrome
plated. They are used for testing the reflexes, joint reflexes and bone
fractures.  |
